OUT WEST

For this task I had to create visual identity for a fictional Audible podcast about crimes committed in the old west era.

In podcasts the focus is mainly on the logo. You want it to be simple because the identity will be used in small formats, as people listen to podcasts on their smart phones.

The typography in the logo is in a western type font to show off that era. And the bloody hand symbolizes crime. Where as the background is quite dark and distorted, to compliment the logo. The outcome of the design in the end is simplistic yet it sets the mood for the podcast.
